By agreeing to this PAD Agreement, you authorize Holo Alert to debit the specified bank account at a financial institution that is a member of the Canadian Payments Association, operating as Payments Canada, for any amounts owed for charges related to the use of services or the purchase of products from Holo Alert in accordance with the terms of this agreement.

PAD Category: You agree that any debit withdrawal by Holo Alert for the use of services or purchase of products from Holo Alert is a PAD for personal purposes, as defined in Rule H1 of Payments Canada.

PAD Amount and Timing: The amount of any PAD may vary and be based on the amount owed by you from time to time to Holo Alert. Payments will be debited from the specified account according to the following schedule: Predetermined Interval.

Waiver and Modification of Pre-notification and Prior Confirmation Periods: You waive the right to receive pre-notification and prior confirmation of the amount or timing of any PAD. You further agree that you do not require advance notice of the amount or timing of any PAD before the debit is processed.

You agree that the first PAD due will be debited from your account immediately upon acceptance of this PAD Agreement. You will receive confirmation of this PAD Agreement within five calendar days after the date of the first PAD.

After the first PAD, we will endeavor to notify you of subsequent PADs at least up to 1 one day before payment is collected.

Recourse/Reimbursement Statement: You have certain recourse rights if any debit does not comply with this PAD Agreement. For example, you have the right to receive reimbursement for any debit that is not authorized or is not consistent with this PAD Agreement. Cancellation of PAD Agreement: You may cancel this authorization at any time by providing Holo Alert with thirty days’ prior notice. To obtain a sample cancellation form, or further information on canceling a PAD Agreement, please contact your financial institution or visit www.payments.ca
