From button press to help being sent, step by step.


When you press the button (or when fall detection triggers), you connect to a trained operator at the monitoring centre within seconds over cellular.

What to expect

Connection

• Your device places an alert to the monitoring centre.

Operator answers

• The operator answers and can see your profile details on-screen.

Two-way conversation

• The operator speaks with you through the device to understand what you need.

• If you can speak, tell the operator what happened and where you are.

Help is coordinated

• Based on your situation, the operator may contact your emergency contacts and/or dispatch emergency services.

• If you can’t respond, the operator follows your profile and escalation steps.

Response time and fall detection are not guaranteed.
