Your device is only fully protected once it's activated and tested from your location.
How activation works
- After delivery, we'll guide you through activation by phone.
- You'll press the button once to place a test alert.
- The monitoring centre answers and confirms two-way audio.
- We confirm your details are correct on their end.
If you prefer to self-test
If you'd rather not do it on the phone, we can still guide you on what to do. The goal is the same: confirm the device connects properly where you live.
