What to do if your device is lost and how replacement works.


If your device is lost, we can help you get a replacement so you’re protected again as soon as possible.

How to request a replacement

Email support@holoalert.ca and include:
• Your full name
• Your address
• The device you use (Holo Pro, Holo Mini, or Holo Active)
